Greg is Executive Vice President of Business Development for Grayhawk. Greg is a 25 year Executive Professional in Texas with well-established ties in both the commercial insurance and golf industries. Over these 25 years, Greg has been instrumental in developing creative processes and programs that have garnered several hundred millions of dollars in corporate profits.
Greg is a long-time Texan—having moved to Austin when he was 7 years old. As a product of a military family, Greg was raised with hard work and honesty as key ingredients to everything, which has converted into building long lasting friendships and client relationships. He has a long history in the golf business with Barton Creek Resort and Club, Gleneagles Country Club, and Spanish Oaks Golf Club, with which he won several awards over the years for outstanding management achievement.
Greg is married to Morgan Smith, a prominent residential real estate broker in Austin. Although they have no children, over the course of his many years in management, Greg considers the hundreds of success stories as family, along with their two dogs.
